Tips are a way that donors can help support the mission of Continue to Give to help others (like the organizations they support through our donation platform), help others.
These tips help us lower or eliminate our costs to the organization. While giving a one-time or recurring donation, a prompt may be presented on the screen that asks if the donor would like to tip Continue To Give.
If the donor agrees to tip Continue To Give, the specified tip amount is sent to Continue to Give and is charged to the payment method specified in addition to the transaction amount. This amount will show on the donor's bank or credit statement as a separate charge.
Recurring Transactions
When tips are made on recurring transactions, the tips recur when the recurring transaction is charged unless changed. Ddonors can modify the tip amount at any time.
However, if you as a donor would like the tip increased, decreased, or canceled, you can log into your account and make the modification. Please refer to the following help articles:
