Virtual Terminal is a feature that allows you to assist donors. It allows the church admin permissions to their contacts or donors. This way if a donor calls and wants you to edit their donations, you do so on the VT!

To access the VT:

1. Log into your Continue to Give account

2. Click on Virtual Terminal on the left hand side panel> this takes you directly to the Virtual Terminal Dashboard

You can Create a Transaction- this feature allows you to create a transaction on behalf of a donor who has given you permission to do so.

Edit a Profile- this feature allows you to update a donor's basic information not payment information. For payment information updates use create transaction and either add a new card or edit the existing card.

Contacts- this feature allows you to update a specific donor's account or create a new transaction.

Guest Mode- this feature allows you to add a new giver and new transaction at the same time.

Logout- this will bring you back to your Continue to Give account and out of Virtual Terminal.
