If you have been working with Continue to Give and it's time to leave for any reason here are the steps to take:

1. If you are a personal fundraiser:

If you have been fundraising with Continue to Give under our "Persons" pages all you need to do is go into your "Fundraising Setup" [Located in your Account Settings on the left-hand menu] and set it to no longer fundraising. Then your account is closed.

2. If you are a church or organization:

You will need to email our customer service team at customerservice@continuetogive.com and request to close. You may be required to sign closure papers so please watch for a reply.
