ACH transactions (Basically an online check) go into pending mode for 2-5 days before they fail or complete. You will get notified once the transaction has settled with its outcome. 

If your donation transaction has been in pending mode for more than 5 days please send a copy of the receipt to customerservice@continuetogive.com
