Missing Transactions

Continue to Give's reporting system is pre-set to "complete" transactions. It may be the case where you are looking for a transaction that is "pending". Simply change the filter to "All" to see a list of all transactions that happened and what their status is. 

 

If you still cannot find the transaction consider expanding your dates in case it happened on a different day then you thought.
