Cover the Transaction Cost

Cover the Transaction Cost is an optional feature that asks your donors to cover the cost of their transaction. This means that donors have the option to add 2% + $.30 on top of their donation in order to help you out with credit and debit transaction costs.

To turn this feature 'on' or 'off':

1. Log into your Continue to Give account 
2. Go to 'Setting'
3. Then 'Fundraising Setup' and
4. Scroll to 'Ask donors to cover the transaction fee?'
5. You would choose 'Yes' or 'No' 
6. Save

This new feature is available for $5.00 a month. Your feature fee will be billed to your bank account on file the first week of the following month of service if you turn this feature on inside your settings.
