Continue to Give integrates directly with Elvanto! An integration alleviates double entry saving your organization time while reducing margin of error from double entry. Setup the Chart of Accounts

Inside Elvanto you have different chart of accounts. For example tithing, missionary fund, etc. which help track designated giving in addition to regular church tithing. Once you have the chart of accounts identified in Elvanto, the accounts must be associated with Continue to Give.

First, create a project for each Account you have inside Elvanto such as Tithing, Special Events, Building Fund, etc. Once the project(s) are created, edit the project, add the Elvanto account to the project. For example, if you have a Chart of Account inside Elvanto that is called Tithing or Pledges you would create a project inside Continue to Give and edit that project to choose the COA of Tithing. When donations are received through the Church Tithing project, they will record in Elvanto under the Tithing account.

Elvanto Reporting

Continue to Give posts all transactions to Elvanto as occur. Transactions can be viewed in Elvanto by going to the Financials tab and selecting Transactions.
