How do merchant account holders know what rate applied on transactions?

The first week of each month, an invoice is created by your payment processor. For some payment processors (e.g., Payroc) this invoice is available using a payment portal on their website. In other cases, the invoice may be sent to the primary administrator.  

 

The invoice lists all donations received in the prior month and the applicable transaction fees. They will also group donations and fees associated with missionary accounts and special projects.
